Who are we?
Enlace Pilates is a center dedicated to promoting Pilates professionals and communities through the exchange of experiences and the practice of the method.
Here, we practice Contrology, the method we now know as Pilates, created by Joseph H. Pilates.
Classical Pilates Studio
The approach
We are a Classical Pilates center, a purer approach to the method, where we use a system of practices and equipment for the uniform development of the body, helping to restore physical and mental vitality.
We value a human, close, and flexible approach. We continuously assess progress and make necessary adjustments according to the goals and needs of our clients. We aim to be the center you choose to make Pilates more than just a class practice. To make it a philosophy of life.
The equipment
The center is the official showroom of Equipilates in Barcelona. Therefore, we design the classes with all the resources available in the method and a high capacity for adapting the exercises to generate more effective results.
Our classical equipment is complete and of the highest quality. Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, High Barrel, High Chair, Wunda Chair, Arm Chair, Pedi-o-Pole, Spine Corrector. And classic accessories: Small Barrel, Foot Corrector, Toe Stretcher, Magic Circle.
